Associate Director Omnichannel Marketing, Rhythm Management, EMEA
Purpose Statement:
Evolving to a fully operational shared "customer centric Omnichannel" vision and approach across divisions and functions is one of BSC's key strategic initiatives. It aims at differentiating BSC by providing maximum customer value by deploying an optimum mix of sales and marketing channels to deliver tailored offers to customers based on their segment and needs and driving Operating Income growth by using this channel mix to deliver product, support and services more efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the creation of Divisional omnichannel sales and marketing plans (product/customer tier/technological tools/channel optimal mix)
Create and implement integrated and impactful internal and external marketing communications plans for all omnichannel initiatives and for change management
Develop a strategy to accelerate customer adoption of the new channels
Ensure there is Divisional and functional alignment around the omnichannel strategy
Coordinate cadence of divisional and European projects and their execution through a harmonized effort of internal marketing and external vendor resources
Conduct external monitoring to ensure the strategy stays aligned with customer needs, competitor strategies and best practices from other industries
Ensure there is a consistent approach & methodology established for customer segmentation, Support Training of Divisional leaders in this methodology
Continually optimize omnichannel investments & channel mix based on KPIs & campaign performances
Regularly review progress to check if the segmentation methodology is being correctly reviewed
Coordinate and support the development of divisional multichannel sales and marketing plans

Leadership:
Leads team(s) / department(s) of senior level professionals and/or subordinate managers focused on execution of operating plans
Leadership complexity is typically characterized by diversity and complexity of activities, scale of decisions and/or divisional/regional
Develops and executes own strategy and budget/P&L to achieve key area objectives
Directs and sets business, technical and operating standards for team(s) / department(s) managed
Associate Director or above experience is advantageous

Directs the identification and resolution of complex, multi-dimensional functional, technical, operational and organizational problems leveraging the appropriate resources within or outside their area
Applies critical thinking to recommend products, programs, standards and operating strategies that drive improvements
Impact:
Impacts and contributes to business results and to the long-term strategy of an important part of an area or sub-function
Guides by using organization area business plans and strategy, impacts an area or part of a sub-function
Interactions / Communications:
Influences managers and leaders to take action/ adopt recommendations important to achievement of area goals
Negotiates effectively with external partners/ vendors/ customers
Builds consensus in leading cross-division/region/project teams and/or initiatives
Develops and stewards external relationships and networks to advance BSC priorities
