You can look forward to
Leading interdisciplinary international projects of varying complexity, applying the project management standards within the company and contributing to their further refinement
Providing lateral leadership to guide project teams and foster collaboration throughout the project lifecycle
Planning, steering and controlling of costs, contents, tasks, results, deadlines and external service providers
Project design, updating and status reporting in the enterprise-wide project management software
Continuous exchange and partnership-based actions to ensure project stakeholder satisfaction and elaboration of solution scenarios in the event of divergences
Further development of the project management standards and involvement in the global project management community
You come equipped with
Master's or other postgraduate degree with concentrations in economics
Several years of experience in project management with full responsibility for scope, time and budget, extending also to the international level
Experience in managing projects in the insurance or financial environment is welcome
Experience in project programme management is desirable
Project management certification (at least IPMA level C, PMP or equivalent)
Well-versed in moderation and presentation techniques
Knowledge of (multi-)project management tools such as MS Project, Planisware, Jira, Azure DevOps etc.
Proficient user skills in German and English
Willingness to go on occasional business trips worldwide
Strategic vision, capacity for interconnected and structured thinking, analytical skills and a solution-oriented communication approach
