Most importantly, we are looking for a motivated and proactive Associate Recruitment Manager to join our Düsseldorf team. With experience in 360-degree recruitment, you will play a key role in enhancing our service offering by guiding professionals through their career transitions and connecting them with top-tier opportunities. In this role, you will work closely with senior management to help grow and develop our recruitment team. Your responsibilities will include supporting team members in achieving their targets, onboarding and training new consultants, and contributing to the overall growth strategy of the office. What are we looking for in our new Associate Recruitment Manager?

• Fluent in German (C1/C2) and English;
• Proven experience in 360-degree recruitment and placement;
• At least 1 year of leadership or coaching experience in a recruitment environment;
• A strong desire for continuous growth and improvement;
• Residing in the Düsseldorf area or willing to relocate.
