About this role :
Responsibilities:
Acquire and build relationships with potential partners from the Banking and Insurance sectors in the German market ( Cold Calls and cold Emails, including)
Pitch our solutions in meetings, both remote and in-person
Participate in trade shows and industry events
Manage a pipeline of highly potential business partners
Provide support to our new partners throughout the onboarding process
Thrive in a high-performance environment where you will not only meet but exceed KPIs and sales targets
Work closely with our colleagues from our community tribe, Mydealz
Expand your network within many diverse industries (Banking & Finance, Insurance, Telcom, etc.) across German
Your Profile :
1-2 years Previous experience (including Internship), preferably in sales/ business development and/or partnerships
Ambition - lots of it - and strong inner motivation paired with a positive mindset (it's the key to hitting targets)
A good understanding of the e-commerce, banking, and insurance sectors within the German landscape would be an asset
Excellent communication skills and writing skills
Customer-centric mindset with the ability to identify your partner’s desires
Intercultural awareness and the ability to work in a dynamic matrix organisation
Natural tendency for ownership with a get-stuff-done, entrepreneurial attitude
Proactive, motivated and willing to drive things forward
A kind of thinking out of the box mentality
Fluency in written and spoken German and English is required
