For 67 years, we have been creating digital solutions in the real estate sector across Europe and advising our customers as a leading provider of SaaS solutions. We are looking for motivated and committed talents who share our passion and want to join our diverse team.
Join our trainee programme in October 2024 and seize the opportunity to gain valuable experience and a boost of knowledge by starting your career as a trainee (m/f/d) in Sales. After the trainee programme, you will continue directly in your home base of Sales with us.
This is what you can expect:
Familiarisation with the areas of sales, consulting and product management as well as on-the-job training to develop the necessary skills and knowledge
Working on challenging projects within the departments, where you can quickly take responsibility for your own tasks
Support in the acquisition of leads, preparation of presentations and attendance at customer meetings
Helping to build and maintain customer relationships, analyse market and industry trends, develop product strategies and design the product portfolio
Working on an equal footing and an informal culture with specialists and managers

What you should bring with you:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration (BWL), marketing or a related field, a completed vocational training, e.g. as a digitalisation management assistant or real estate agent (m/f/d); you are also welcome to join us as a career changer
Experience in the context of internships, working student activities or initial professional experience is desirable, but not a must-have
Affinity for digitalisation and the real estate industry
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Openness towards variety, diversity and intercultural collaboration
An open-minded mindset and enjoy working with us to drive forward an agile and modern working environment
