Do you have the business savvy and the technical understanding necessary to expand & accelerate AWS leadership as the key technology provider and innovation enabler in German Software Industry? Be at the heart of the business model transformation and guide software companies as trusted advisor through their transformational journey from traditional to SaaS business model, enabling them to be more innovative and bring breakthrough Software Made in Germany to the worldwide market! As ISV Account Manager you will part of an EMEA team and have the unique opportunity to drive and shape the future of the Software Industry and AWS in Germany. The ideal candidate will drive an engagement at the executive level as well as with software architects and have combination of sales / account management and technical understanding of software industry. She/he should also be an innovation oriented self-starter who is prepared to develop and execute against a territory coverage plan and consistently deliver results. Key job responsibilities Roles & Responsibilities • Ensure customer satisfaction • Act as a trusted advisor to senior management in software companies • Develop, drive and own strategic initiatives for your customers to be successful in their domain • Support Software Companies in their development towards SaaS business model • Establish long-term relationships and strategic partnerships with your customer • Manage accounts concurrently & strategically • Work with partners to extend reach & drive adoption • Develop thought leadership in Software as a Service business model area • Develop and execute against a territory plan, meet or exceed your quarterly targets • Articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services • Expect moderate travel A day in the life AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector. The AWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies and believes that world-class support is critical to customer success. AWS Support also partners with a global list of customers that are building mission-critical applications on top of AWS services. About the team You'll be part of a high-performing team that follows the Amazon "two-pizza team" principle, enabling innovation and speed. On average, we work together from our Munich office at least three days a week, fostering collaboration and teamwork. We also provide flexibility, with the possibility to 'work from anywhere' for several weeks during the year. When needed, we meet customers face-to-face, often leveraging our co-working space to host them onsite. Wie mache ich schnell im Bereich Sales Karriere?

Um im Vertrieb erfolgreich zu sein, solltest du eine kaufmännische Ausbildung bzw. ein betriebs- oder kommunikationswissenschaftliches Studium abgeschlossen haben. Für den Einstieg eignen sich Sales-Jobs als Vertriebsassistent, Junior Account Manager oder Sales-Trainee. Idealerweise hast du schon während des Studiums erste praktische Erfahrungen gemacht.
