What will you do?


As Account Manager you are responsible for significant sales development and growth at wholesalers and installers. You are the strategic partner of your relations and can bind customers to you based on your technical knowledge and expertise. These relationships are largely unbuilt, you build that customer base!


Responsibilities


  • Responsible for the development and maintenance of German key accounts, and the development and implementation of sales plans for German key accounts;
  • Understand the development trend of the German market and the distribution of the German industry market, and be familiar with the list of major customers in each industry.
  • Understand the demand dynamics of key customers, explore and develop potential key customers, have ability to follow up and expand key accounts business.
  • responsible for visiting important customers in the Germany, and keeping abreast of customers' requirements;
  • according to the company's business development needs, can be through a variety of diverse ways to establish smooth communication channels with customers;
  • formulate long-term expansion plan for major customers, and cooperate with the product department to formulate product promotion plan for major customers; formulate or propose marketing programs for major customers.


Qualifications


  • Electrical, mechanical, marketing and related majors;
  • More than 3 years of relevant experience in specialized areas of the electric power industry, with marketing knowledge, product knowledge, public relations, development of management skills;
  • priority attention to people with prior direct competitor industry experience.
  • Sales experience, good performance, rich customer resources;
  • Able to be unique, able to take responsibility for the region, or have done the national market;
  • have deep knowledge of marketing, good market development ability and judgment ability, as well as strong organizational and management skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in German and English.
