Job Title: Sales Manager – Non-Electronic Automotive Products

Location: Germany (Flexible/Remote)

Reports to: Sales Director, Automotive Division


Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow our business for non-electronic automotive products in Germany. This role will focus on expanding relationships with OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and other key stakeholders in the automotive industry. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building long-term client partnerships, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality mechanical and material-based automotive solutions, such as tires, brake systems, and body panels.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership: Manage and drive sales of non-electronic automotive products, including tires, suspension components, brake systems, and other mechanical parts.
  • Account Management: Develop and nurture relationships with key automotive OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and other relevant customers to ensure long-term business partnerships.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding market share and increasing revenue within the German automotive market.
  • Customer Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions that align with their requirements.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed on market trends, competitive landscape, and customer demands in the non-electronic automotive sector, providing insights and feedback to internal teams.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the product development, engineering, and operations teams to ensure that customer requirements are met, and products are delivered on time and to specification.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets and expand our footprint within the non-electronic automotive product space.
  • Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations for new deals and contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with business objectives.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years of sales or account management experience in the automotive sector, with a focus on non-electronic products (e.g., tires, brakes, exhaust systems, suspension, or related components).
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the automotive supply chain and experience working with OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers.
  • Sales Skills: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with strong negotiation and business development skills.
  • Customer Focus: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at automotive companies.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Location: Based anywhere in Germany, with the flexibility to travel regularly to meet with clients and attend industry events.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
