As the HR Manager (d/f/m) for our commercialDACH teams (Germany, Austria and Switzerland) and EMEA (Europe,Middle east & Africa) Service teams. You will partner withSenior leaders, to propose HR strategy & execute the related HRactions plan to build organizational capabilities, develop diversetalent and teams, enable employee engagement, support organizationevolution and promote a culture of belonging. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES- Define & owns the right HR strategy & action plan toproactively support Commercial & Service Director such asHeadcount plan evolution, staffing game plan linked with our TalentAcquisition team to attract diverse profile, organization design. -Lead or contribute to impactful HR projects for EMEA as part of HREMEA team and act as change agent to support and lead evolution ofthe business. - Coach managers in your client group to have thebest and diverse organization aligned with business strategyensuring robust succession plans in place for key roles, strongdevelopment plan for key talents with right opportunities, ensureproactive performance management and monitoring & presenting tothe business of all KPIs of HR function (retention, Internal fillrate, diversity, engagement). - Pro-actively assist, advise &coach managers in your scope on all day-to-day Human Resourcetopics, in accordance with employment law, local best practice, HRpolicies and HR Cycle. Drive any sensitive matter and advisebusiness the right court of action. - Ensure good interaction withWork council in Germany. YOUR PROFILE - Degree in Human Resources,Business, or a Behavioral Science (CIPD a distinct advantage) - 7years’ Experience as HR Business Partner in Germany &multi-countries - Good knowledge of law & Employment topics inGermany - Good understanding of business challenges with anappetite for commercial & Service functions. - Experiencesupporting managers & employees or HR projects across countriesand in multi-cultural environment - Proven ability to work in adynamic and fast paced environment.
