Location: Berlin and Munich (onsite/full-time/permanent)
Your responsibilities:

• Task force for the implementation of very important projects across the company
  
• Independent implementation of IT process optimizations throughout the organization (analyze the status quo, design KPIs, derive optimization potentials and implement them in cooperation with the respective department)
  
• Further development of various projects in the holding company, such as their central customer accounts (SSO)
  
• Analysis and preparation of information from the entire company's group for the CTOs
  
• Support of CTOs/HR in group-wide personnel development measures for all organization's software developers (e.g. preparing IT meetings, developing focus groups in IT)
  
• Conception and implementation of the company's open source strategy 
  

Requirements

• Excellent grades in a university degree and completed relevant studies (computer science, business informatics, mathematics, physics or similar)
  
• Very good command at least in one of the following languages: PHP, Python, Golang, Java, C#
  
• Strong analytical skills with a high level of problem-solving skills
  
• High self-motivation, self-discipline, communication skills and a good sense for people
  
• Good Linux/DevOps skills
  
• Fluent in German
