Junior Sales Manager - Semiconductor
With the industry showing no signs of slowing, the semiconductor sector continues to cement its role as the backbone of modern technology. Consequently, one of our clients is seeking a Junior Sales Manager to help maintain and strengthen the company's position as an industry leader. Catering primarily to OEMS, the Junior Sales Manager will oversee accounts across Central Europe, with a focus on maintaining existing relationships and identifying new business opportunities. In acknowledgement of the ever-growing demand that continues to characterise the industry, this is a unique opportunity to join an industry leader at a time of remarkable growth.
Responsibilities Include:
- Overseeing all aspects of sales for defined accounts, including sales processes, relationship management, and ensuring that strategies align with the overriding business objectives.
- Produce regular and detailed reports, whilst accurately preparing monthly/quarterly forecasts.
- Build and maintain an extensive industry network, whilst identifying prospects and new business opportunities.
- Maintain an astute commercial awareness and understanding of the industry, being able to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Maintain accurate CRM process, whilst successfully communicating with various company departments to ensure company-wide success.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through regular visits and adopting a consultative approach to selling.
An ideal candidate will:
- Have a degree in a related technical field.
- Be able to demonstrate previous success in a similar sales-based role, preferably within the semiconductor industry or an adjacent industry.
- Be willing to travel extensively (50%) to maintain and develop customer relationships.
- Be commercially aware, proactive and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
- Hold a valid EU driving license.
