Job Title: Business Analyst

Salary：EUR 55k - EUR 66K

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop actionable insights to support business objectives.
• Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to analyze large datasets, extract meaningful trends, and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to track key business metrics and performance indicators.
• Identify areas of inefficiency or risk within business operations and propose solutions to mitigate risks and improve efficiency.
• Partner with stakeholders to assess the impact of proposed changes or initiatives and provide recommendations for implementation.
• Support the implementation of new systems, processes, and technologies by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in business analysis and data analytics.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in business analysis, data analysis, or a related field, preferably in the renewable energy industry.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools and software, such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work that meets or exceeds expectations.
