Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in the EV charging market.
  • Identify and engage with potential clients, including automotive manufacturers, fleet operators, and commercial property developers.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to represent the company and network with potential clients.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role in the EV charging industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of the EV market and renewable energy sector in Germany.
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and manage customer relationships.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proven track record in sales.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Willingness to travel within Germany as needed.
