Responsibilities:
- Lead one or more indications or projects in a Therapeutic Area.
- Provide statistical support and scientific leadership for responsible projects.
- Ensure all projects and work is in compliance with SOPs and departmental standards.
- Arrange and assess project activities, timelines and resource use.
- Foster productive collaborations with other functions in the aligned project team.
- Represent statistics in cross-function working groups and contribute to operation process optimisation.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- PhD/MS in statistics or another related field.
- Proficiency in advanced statistical concepts and techniques.
- Expertise in statistical analyses. Knowledge of the use of SAS or R is beneficial also.
- Strong project management, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
