Role Overview:


We are on the lookout for a Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in guiding our marketing strategies, product development, and monetization through data-driven insights. As a core member of our analytics team, your expertise in extracting, manipulating, and analyzing extensive datasets will be key to driving company-wide growth and efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and manipulate extensive datasets related to marketing, in-app events, products, and monetization to derive actionable insights.
  • Partner with various departments, such as marketing, product management, finance, and data engineering, to synchronize objectives, share insights, and promote collaborative projects.
  • Create and sustain dashboards and reports for key performance metric tracking.
  • Execute A/B testing, cohort analysis, and segmentation to enhance user acquisition, product development, and monetization.
  • Work on external machine learning collaborations to boost data capabilities and employ advanced analytical methods, fostering user engagement and business growth.


Required Skills and Experience:

  • Expertise in data analysis tools and programming languages, like SQL and Python.
  • Minimum of 5 years in data analyst roles, preferably in the B2C app or mobile gaming sectors.
  • Proficient with data visualization tools such as Looker or Tableau, and adept at crafting intuitive dashboards and reports.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets and convey findings effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting insights and collaborating with non-technical team members.
  • Robust problem-solving abilities and proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Experience with mobile analytics platforms (e.g., Adjust, Firebase) for accurate measurement of user acquisition and engagement.
  • Deep understanding of and passion for the mobile app and gaming industries, including market trends and player behaviour.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of statistical analysis and modelling techniques for advanced data analysis and deeper user behaviour insights.
  • Familiarity with user attribution methods across different platforms.
