Job Description

Your mission...  
As a Junior Growth Marketing Manager, you will closely work with your Sales leaders and your Marketing team members and you will report directly to our Team Lead Growth Marketing. We’re dedicated to find someone who is passionate about managing events and interested in building scalable concepts and campaigns.  

Your day-to-day will also consist of mainly these topics:  


  • Be the project lead of all marketing owned events including flagship and secondary trade shows with a strong project management mindset 

  • Own and develop the event concepts including event themes, portable booths, marketing merchandise and demo kits. 

  • Work closely with the global and regional sales team and SDR team on lead generation campaigns and pipeline generation 

  • Develop, execute, monitor and optimize demand generation campaigns to drive engagement and demand resulting in marketing qualified leads

  • Design and execute multi-channel campaigns using the right mix of channels and tactics to create inbound pipeline 

  • Build up a strong, scalable event and global and key account marketing concept including omnichannel and account based marketing 

  • Manage your budget and take over responsibility for event and global/key account marketing activities 

  • Support regional marketing activities as needed

As our ideal candidate for this role, you come with the following skills and competencies:  


  • 2+ years in B2B Marketing with Event management and Demand Generation experience in delivering integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns 

  • Understanding of the B2B Demand Generation funnel  

  • Previous experience in Key Account Marketing is an advantage 

  • An analytical mindset, you are driven by data and are able to make informed commercial decisions and optimize campaigns for revenue growth 

  • Exceptional communication skills and a positive, open attitude towards orchestrating cross-collaboration

  • Experience with marketing automation tools like Hubspot and Salesforce preferred 

  • Strong project management skills with a strong ability to orchestrate planning in cross-functional departments 

  • Eagerness to support and align with Sales to meet their targets 

  • Language skills in English (this is our team language), German and/or French are a plus
