Your role:

As IT Service Delivery Analyst for DACH and Central Europe you will design the structures & process for a smooth IT End User Support, realize projects and support the IT End Users of Master Builders Solutions.

Main tasks:

Development and implementation of IT strategies / concepts that ensure sustainable end user support.

You are a point of contact for Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Romania, Poland, Czech Republic and Slovakia and help to further optimize the existing support model.

Effective management of the IT budget to ensure cost optimization while providing high quality IT services (e.g. monitoring of IT hardware pool stocks at the various locations, Fleet Manager Mobile - Germany only, identification of further local cost drivers from the IT area and development of solutions to reduce costs).

Identification & implementation of projects and requirements from the business in consultation with the IT Service Delivery Manager Central Europe.

Monitoring daily IT operations to ensure the smooth running of IT systems and services.

With your overview of all site-specific critical IT elements, you act as an escalation instance towards IT service providers and ensure rapid troubleshooting in the event of problems.

Support Global IT at local level (compliance with policies, communication of new processes & procedures related to our IT service provider, support of global projects).

Support the digitalization of our Global R&D Center / especially the lab environment.

Experience/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field (Master's degree preferred).

Proven experience in IT management, including strategic planning

Strong project management skills

Knowledge of IT infrastructure, IT security, service management.

Good knowledge of IT & OT

Very good overview of state of the art technologies and their application in R&D context

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with different stakeholders.

Fluency in English and German is required; other languages are an advantage

Willingness to travel up to 40% (continuous presence at the Mannheim site is required)
