Regional Sales Manager – DACH & Eastern Europe

**THE COMPANY**
Our client is a technology and market leader in IP-based video solutions.
**THE ROLE**
As Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving the adoption of cloud and SaaS solutions in the DACH and Eastern European markets.
Key responsibilities:
- Strategically drive market penetration and expansion of the business's cloud and SaaS offerings, focusing on the DACH and Eastern Europe’s broadcast and media sectors.
- Formulate and implement comprehensive sales strategies that highlight the unique advantages of the business's SaaS solutions.
- Maintain and develop strategic partnerships.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to uncover new business opportunities.
- Act as a consultative partner to clients, advising on the integration and optimization of solutions for their digital transformation journeys.
- Lead engaging product demonstrations and discussions.
- Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to channel market feedback into meaningful product enhancements.
- Oversee the sales process from prospecting to deal closure, ensuring an outstanding client experience.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in sport and production companies.
**THE PERSON**
As an experienced Sales Manager, you will have a proven track record in sales and business development within the SaaS, cloud solutions, or tech industries, with a background in media or broadcasting.
You will need to demonstrate a history of developing and executing data-driven sales strategies.
Fluency in English and at least one regional language is mandatory; proficiency in German is strongly preferred.
You must be willing to undertake significant travel across the DACH and Eastern Europe regions.
