Space exec have partnered with a leading and rapidly growing, PE backed HRtech company, that is transforming the way businesses manage their human capital.

Following their ongoing success, they are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Regional Sales Manager to spearhead their sales efforts in the DACH region.



As the Regional Sales Manager for the DACH region, you will be responsible for driving new business development, managing key accounts, and building strong relationships with prospects and clients across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. This is a remote role, allowing you to work from anywhere within the region. You will play a crucial role in executing our growth strategy, increasing market penetration, and achieving ambitious sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Hunt and Acquire New Business: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the DACH region, focusing on large enterprises and mid-sized companies.
  • Build and Manage a Sales Pipeline: Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders in target organizations.
  • Strategic Sales Planning: Create and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets, expand market presence, and enhance brand recognition.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales strategies with company goals and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Sales Presentations and Demos: Conduct compelling product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations to showcase the value proposition of our HR tech solutions.
  • Market and Competitor Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Reporting and Forecasting: Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities.


Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of successful B2B sales in the HR tech industry, with a strong focus on the DACH region.
  • Demonstrated ability to hunt for new business, manage complex sales cycles, and close deals with enterprise and mid-market clients.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in German and English.
  • Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
