Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in the EV charging market.
- Identify and engage with potential clients, including automotive manufacturers, fleet operators, and commercial property developers.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to represent the company and network with potential clients.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role in the EV charging industry.
- In-depth knowledge of the EV market and renewable energy sector in Germany.
- Strong business sense and industry expertise.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and manage customer relationships.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proven track record in sales.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Willingness to travel within Germany as needed.
