What Will Your Role Be

We're seeking a creative Junior Influencer Marketing Manager (f/m/d) to join our global international marketing team. In this role, you will develop and execute influencer marketing strategies to enhance our brand awareness and drive engagement across various social media platforms in collaboration with our creative and social media teams.This position is a fantastic opportunity for those passionate about digital marketing and influencer engagement, you will gain experience in a rapidly growing field, working directly with influencers and social media platforms to create impactful marketing campaigns. This role offers a great mix of creativity and analytics, allowing you to develop a well-rounded marketing skillset. This role could be based in Leipzig or Berlin and have a flexible hybrid policy.

What You´ll Do

You will manage influencer and content creator collaborations in the DACH region

You will take over the whole influencer acquisition process, from sourcing over outreach, budget negotiations and briefing of influencers

You will build up an influencer network and establish close relationships with new long-term partners

You will do continuous research on the latest social media trends & hypes and derive content and campaign ideas from them

You will manage and track your own influencer campaigns and set up reportings to evaluate campaign success

As part of the brand team within the central marketing department, you will closely collaborate with our creative & social media teams

What You´ll Bring

Ideally a University Degree or comparable education in the fields of business administration, communication design, marketing, e-commerce, PR

You have gained first experience in social media or influencer marketing

You are familiar with the German influencer scene and have excellent knowledge of all relevant social media platforms in the DACH region

You are passionate and always up-to-date about the latest trends in fashion & lifestyle topics

You have strong communication & negotiation skills

You are a team player with a hands-on mentality, and a collaborative spirit

You have excellent German and strong English skills
