(Junior) Online Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

Responsibilities :

• Enhancing, developing, and executing online campaigns and initiatives for optimization.
• Managing and evolving our Social Media Channels and Email campaigns.
• Budget planning and execution for digital marketing activities.
• Assessing and reporting on the performance of online campaigns.
• Engaging in result-driven agency management and fostering strategic online collaborations.
• Leading projects independently across various departments.
• Assisting in Search Engine Advertising (SEA) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) efforts.
• Improving the end-to-end customer experience across diverse channels and marketing funnels.

Expectations:

• Hold a degree in Business Administration with a specialization in online marketing or possess equivalent training/experience
• Demonstrate a strong interest in digital trends and advancements in online marketing
• Display creativity and expressiveness in work
• Proficient in both written and verbal communication in German and English
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage
• Proficient in website tracking tools such as Google Analytics and experienced in data and traffic analysis
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with a focus on achieving goals in a structured manner
• Willingness to travel
