About The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a highly driven and results-oriented individual to join Shutterstock’s Commercial Operations team as a Sales Operations & Analytics Senior Associate.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our Commercial Sales efforts by providing actionable insights, supporting sales objectives, optimizing processes, and contributing to the overall success of the team.
The Day to Day:
Partner with the sales team to support the Core & Base tiers, which constitute the largest portion of total Enterprise bookings, managing the entire book of business for all sales operations activities. Including, but not limited to, the following activities:
Manage and maintain global forecast files, ensuring timely and accurate data updates on a weekly basis in preparation for the weekly forecast call.
Assist in the generation and submission of the monthly committed forecast to finance and leadership, providing critical insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Assist in the development of the sales forecasts using historical data, pipeline, run-rate, and market trends.
Provide real-time analytics to business leaders which result in driving leaders to action; including, but not limited to, bookings results, gaps to forecast, and weekly pipeline analysis.
Track progress against established KPIs, while identifying trends, opportunities, and risks.
Efficiently handle ad-hoc data requests from sales partners, while concurrently exploring opportunities for automation and scalability in addressing future requests.
Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and presentations for key stakeholders.
Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, proposing and implementing solutions for enhanced productivity.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the sales systems and CRM (Salesforce).
Collaborate with finance, marketing, business intelligence, and other departments to gather relevant data in support of the sales organization.
What You’ll Bring to the Role:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field.
3-5 years related work experience in sales operations, sales strategy, analytics, or similar role.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and ability to turn data into insights & actions.
Detailed-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tech stacks (preferably Salesforce, Tableau/Looker, SalesLoft)
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (proficient in Excel/Sheets & PowerPoint/Slides)
