Junior Helicopter Vehicle Physical Integration Engineer

• Conducting concept and integration studies for new developments and further developments of existing helicopter programs with regard to release, function, accessibility, maintainability, functional and operational compatibility


• Organization of digital mock-up meetings to avoid incompatibilities (geometric,functional, safety, accessibility and maintainability)


• Follow-up of action plans, development of proposed solutions and implementation of final collision investigations before design freeze and production release


• Presentation of results in technical briefs and reports with associated action plans

• Preparation of DMU environments as a basis for subsequent integration studies


• Creation of DMU environments as the basis for illustrations for offers, design reviews etc.


• Ensuring 3D data quality in collaboration with relevant departments and external partners and partners and definition of measures to improve data quality


• Organization of 3D data exchange with partners


• Checking the completeness and quality of 3D models and, if necessary, requesting correct 3D models from the relevant departments

• Engineering or Aerospace degree


• 2 years professional experience as Design Engineer


• 2 + years professional experience in the aerospace industry


• Experience in an engineering function, preferably with one of thefollowing activities: Mechanical design, integration and installationof mechanical systems, DMU analysis or maintenance


• Ability to create mechanical study designs, detailed design solutions


• Professional Knwoledge of Cativa V5


• Professional level of english
