THIS IS THE JOB


As (Junior) CRM Manager (human) your main tasks will be:

  • As part of our performance marketing team and creative mind you are responsible for developing campaign ideas, product surveys, emails to existing customers and print mailings.

  • You create graphic briefings, marketing emails and Whatsapp newsletters.

  • You strategically develop our subscription model, improve direct customer communication with our most loyal customers and improve customer retention.

  • You set up weekly reports, regularly analyze the customer journey and draw the right conclusions from the KPIs available to you.

  • You work every day to improve the repurchase rate through personalized campaigns and increase the Customer Lifetime Value (CLV).

  • You take on responsibility and your own projects, such as further lead generation in four languages and six countries.

  • You are responsible for managing internal and external service providers.

  • You have successfully completed a degree in business or economics with a focus on marketing, business informatics, media science or communication science.

  • Ideally, you have already gained some relevant work experience in CRM or performance marketing in a start-up / e-commerce environment.

  • You have a very good command of language and a high degree of initiative and commitment.

  • You have good analytical skills, enjoy working with numbers and have already gained experience with common analytics systems and KPIs.

  • You have a strong affinity for IT systems: Very good knowledge of common Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel is a must.

  • Initial experience with a CRM tool (preferably EMARSYS) is an advantage.

  • Your independent, structured and reliable way of working and your ability to work as a team player round off your profile.

  • You have a very good knowledge of German (C2) and good written and spoken English (B2). French and/or Italian are a plus.
