We are seeking a highly motivated Founders Associate Working Student (m/f/d) who is ready to join our team (all genders – 20 hours per week – starting date: from 1st September 2024). The workplace is located in Essen and we expect German language skills at native speaker level.

Your Mission

Drive your own projects as crucial member of the C-Level office, providing critical support to strategic initiatives that drive H2UB's growth and impact in hydrogen tech innovation.

• C-Level Support: Successfully tackle ad-hoc tasks for the C-Level-Office such as research and analysis, stakeholder management and industry events, or preparation of implementation studies and other activities.
• Strategy & Business Development: Directly contribute to customer and partnership development to identify and explore new market opportunities.
• Stakeholder management: Prepare detailed reports to strengthen the partnership network with confidence and ensure support for the growth and financial health of H2UB.
• Operational support: Refine processes to increase process efficiency and streamline operations, boosting our ability to retain H2UB’s success.
• Brand Amplification: Boost H2UB' brand visibility across digital platforms, curate compelling content for our website, LinkedIn, and other key communication channels.
• Operational Efficiency: Identify and recommend process improvements, resulting in increased operational efficiency.
