Invoice Settlement Specialist / Junior Specialist (m/w/d)
This dynamic position involves a variety of administrative duties in accounting, including invoicing, bookkeeping, and diverse data entry tasks. As a key contact for the accounting departments of our customers’ sales subsidiaries and suppliers, you will play a crucial role in supporting our commercial department, ensuring seamless cooperation and efficient handling of all invoice settlement matters.
Join our vibrant FVL department, where you will report directly to the Department Manager and the Invoice Settlement Team Leader, contributing to a exciting team in a fast-paced environment.
- Responsible for invoicing, bookkeeping and accounting for the FVL division
- Processing day-to-day financial tasks
- Main contact for customers and suppliers for all invoicing issues
- Coordinate and support invoice related topics internally with Sales and Operations
- Responsible for invoicing audits
- Language skills: English
- Commercial training completed / Work experience desired
- Background in either Accounting or Logistics preferable
- Substantial skills using MS software products / Excel and SAP preferable
- Accurate, systematic, efficient and conscientious way of working
- Team player
- Result oriented
