As the Founders Associate, you will work closely with Leonie, our Co-Founder and CEO, acting as her right hand in shaping strategic directions and managing critical projects across the company. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain insight into and impact all aspects of a rapidly growing startup.

What you will own

• Strategic Support: Assist in strategic planning and execution to enhance business growth and operational efficiency.
• Project Management: Lead and manage projects across various departments, ensuring alignment with our business goals.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and project success.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators, provide insights and recommendations for improvements to optimize business performance.
• Team Leadership: Support hiring and team development initiatives to build a high-performing team aligned with our strategic goals.

Who you are

• Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within a fast-paced startup environment.
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a creative approach to challenges.
• High self-motivation and a proven track record of handling significant responsibility.
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
