(JUNIOR) SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE Location EBERSBERG Im Klosterbauhof 3 85560 Ebersberg () Description In your new job as a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for supporting the sales results by converting potential leads into opportunities, initiating meetings with prospects and running nurturing campaigns to help the sales team promote opportunities. You work in a dynamic team environment and you identify and generate sales opportunities through inbound and outbound calls. You will achieve your business objectives through excellent telephone and written communication skills. Relationship-based selling with the ability to make sales calls at different levels of customer accounts is your daily business.Responsibilities: Cold call into prospects generated by internal and external lead sources Create target prospect lists and penetrate key accounts in focus markets (especially in UK and EMEA) Creatively prospect for new accounts via internal and external tools Follow-up on inbound marketing leads and identify qualified opportunities providing appropriate levels of information at the right time for interested prospects Profile focus accounts identifying key individuals and decision takers, researching and obtaining business requirements and presenting solutions to start the sales cycle Set appointments for sales team when a lead reaches a qualified stage Nurture new leads by educating and developing prospects until they are ready to speak with a field sales rep Drive attendance for webinars and live seminars, set meetings for conferences Collaborate with sales, marketing and product team members on strategic sales approach and territory campaigns Ensure successful follow through of sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information in CRM application Required Skills This entry level position requires you, an ambitious self-starter, as you will be able to effectively handle incoming enquiries and identify qualified leads and opportunities. Therefore you have the following qualifications: Bachelor`s degree strongly preferred 1+ year of successful experience in telemarketing, preferably in technology Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence Demonstrated success in prospecting into large companies (mainly banks amd insurances) Demonstrated ability to convert prospects to meetings and achieving quotas or goals. Success in qualifying opportunities involving multiple key decision makers Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices and techniques Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in German and English Personal Profile Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm Competitive spirit that drives achievement of individual goals, while also supporting the team with its collective goals Comfortable working in the fast paced and dynamic environment of a high-growth technology company. High level of integrity and strong commitment to building a successful company Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Experience with CRM applications preferred Excellent German language skills to be able to cold call into German speaking countries required, additional European languages like French or Spanish preferredYou enjoy working on multiple topics, thinking outside the box, initiating relaxed but informative phone conversations with potential clients and are highly self-motivated. You also know how to assess the needs of a company and tailor the approach to each individual potential customer.
