Account Executive - International (m/f/d)
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to identify and acquire new clients interested in Identity & Access Management (IAM) Solutions.
- Prospect and qualify leads through various channels including cold calling, email outreach, and networking events hosted by Pointsharp or our partners.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and solution demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our IAM offerings and address client pain points effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Solution sales engineers, solution architects, marketing and parter manager to deliver comprehensive solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to ensure successful deal closure and maximize revenue opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to management.
- 3+ years working within selling IT Security.
- Understanding of Cybersecurity concepts, technologies, and solutions.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to establish credibility with relevant stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a passion for exceeding targets.
- Fluent in English.
- Willingness to travel to events across different countries.
