International Sales & Marketing Coordinator (gn)

This permanent role is a great opportunity for any Sales- and Marketing-Enthusiast who thrives on being part of a dynamic team and on supporting international sales and marketing efforts with the use of state-of-the art digital tools & processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide comprehensive support to the Global Sales Director as well as the Sales Team in the Middle East and Asia Pacific.
• Assist in the preparation and follow-up of sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
• Coordinate with international clients and partners to ensure smooth communication and efficient handling of inquiries.
• Organize and participate in international trade shows, exhibitions and other promotional events.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions and sales performance metrics.
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to generate and nurture leads.
• Manage and optimize lead generation processes using HubSpot and Salesforce.
• Create and manage targeted email campaigns, social media campaigns, and other digital marketing initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and insights.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content that drives traffic and conversions.
• Utilize CRM tools (HubSpot and Salesforce) to track and manage leads, ensuring a seamless transition through the sales funnel.

• Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations or a related field.
• First experience with CRM & Marketing Automation Tools would be beneficial
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages relevant to the Near- and Far East Asia regions is a plus.
