Join our affiliate TotalEnergies Marketing Deutschland in Berlin !

As an internal Communication & CSR Referent at TOTALENERGIES Deutchland GmbH, your main tasks will be to:

- Coordinate with the TotalEnergies Foundation the implementation of international CSR projects in Germany according to the CSR rules of the TotalEnergies Group (Marketing & Services Branch and Headquarters in Paris);

- Evaluate new project proposals and prepare project files for management decisions in accordance with TotalEnergies (TE) Group CSR rules;

- Coordinate the CSR activities of other TE Group units in Germany;

- Organize TE Germany's internal CSR reporting and internal communication within the German subsidiary and the Group;

- Contribute to external communication on CSR issues;

- Coordinate the implementation of international CSR and sponsorship projects with the TotalEnergies Foundation;

- Be in charge of the implementation of the volunteer program for TotalEnergies employees in Germany, called Action!

- Manage the administration of the TE Germany Intranet;

- Contribute to internal communication activities (help in organizing internal events, advertising in group campaigns) ;

- Interact with the Marketing & Services and Holding communications teams to maintain a strong exchange of information.

Context & Environment

The selected candidate will receive a VIE allowance according to the Business France rates.
