Teamlead International Tax Management (m/w/d) gesucht – im Raum Hamburg in Festanstellung!

What you will do

One of your tasks is leading the tax team in the corporate tax & customs department

You will be the partner with international group functions (e.g. Legal, Controlling, Regional FiCO Manager, HR and Supply Chain Accounting)

You have to secure the providing tax input and advice during cross-functional projects, organizational or legal restructurings and M&A projects in cooperation with external tax advisors

The active monitoring of external tax developments (OECD, EU) and analyzing their relevance for the company is also part of your daily doing

Part of your daily doing is also implementing necessary processes including issuing of relevant guidelines and checklist and providing relevant input for the Internal Control System (ICS)

Procedure and preparing defense strategies / leading tax audits

Continuously reviewing and analysing of group´s tax position according to IFRS

To prepare strategies to improve company´s tax position and drive respective implementations globally is also part of your responsibility

What you will need

Completed University degree in business administration, tax or similar

7-10 years of relevant international tax & transfer pricing experience (preferably experience from Big 4 companies)

Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as a high level of initiative and creative drive

Process driven and IT savvy

Relevant leadership experience and experience with external tax audits

Thinking ahead, being proactive and challenging business partner

Project management, coordination and participation in international (project) teams

Strong communication and presentation skills, excellent in promoting change

Fluent in German and English
