Spectral Engines, as part of the Nynomic Group, is an internationally active company specializing in the development and manufacture of electronics and sensor systems for spectral measurement technology. In close cooperation with our customers, we develop and manufacture high-end spectroscopy systems and components for a wide range of applications. The company is located in Steinbach in the immediate vicinity of Frankfurt a.M.

To strengthen our team, we are looking from August onwards for a


International Sales Manager (m/w/d) TactiScan - sensor technic within public authorities


Your tasks:

  • Analyze market and competitive activities
  • develop sales strategies and implement them
  • Actively communicate with new customers and acquire them
  • You will maintain and expand customer relationships in the government environment
  • You maintain an existing international distributor network and expand it further
  • Prepare potential and sales forecasts and take responsibility for sales figures
  • You will provide competent advice with your technical and application-specific expertise, even beyond the existing product and technology portfolio
  • Design customer solutions with the team in accordance with the applicable standards and regulations
  • You will process requests, prepare detailed offers and carry out price and project calculations
  • You will act in an interface function to internal departments


Our requirements:

  • Completed (technical) university degree with a focus on business and/or technology or completed sales or commercial training
  • Sales experience and product management affinity, ideally in a government environment
  • Hands-on mentality and a willingness to learn something new every day
  • Your strengths include consulting skills and customer orientation, as well as commitment and team spirit
  • Visits to partners and customers on site are a matter of course for you, even abroad
  • You have a very good command of German, both written and spoken, combined with a very good knowledge of English
  • It would be desirable if you speak another foreign language, Spanish or French, to support our international partners and customers
  • You round off your profile with initiative, analytical thinking, intercultural competence as well as independent work and organizational skills
