Your role

The Fragrance Sustainability Team is responsible for the diverse challenges and requirements associated with the sustainable development in the world of perfumery. This internship provides an exciting look behind the scenes of an emerging sustainable environment and allows you to understand how companies can create positive environmental and social impact.

You will support a diverse group of international colleagues through the following tasks:

  • Improving the traceability of the Fragrance Naturals Portfolio
  • Supporting customer projects on traceability and sustainable improvement of portfolios
  • Supporting the development and implementation of sustainable sourcing programs in cooperation with suppliers and the purchasing department
  • Potential topics for a thesis:

  • Challenges of implementing sustainable sourcing programs
  • Sustainable transformation
  • Sustainable challenges of smallholder farmers
  • Contribution of international companies to the protection of biodiversity
  • International cooperation for the protection of biodiversity
  • We are looking forward to other proposals.

    About you

  • Currently enrolled student in sustainability, agronomy or other relevant disciplines at a state-accredited university, university of applied sciences, or college in the EU
  • Oral and written communication skills in English
  • Existing Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to build professional relationships
  • Proactive and collaborative working style with great attention to detail
  • Passion for sustainability and motivation to create positive impact
  • Natural curiosity to explore and learn independently
