Factory Data Specialist (f/m/d) Frankfurt / Main

Your role and responsibilities
  • Implementing the DG (Data Framework) Framework at the factory, including identifying data issues at the factory and training factory team on DG framework and data handling standards
  • Owning transfer pricing, 3D pricing, standard industry solutions and product attribute mapping to eCl@ss and UNSPC, as well as product accessories
  • Owning and managing Master Data Interfaces: ABB Product tree, PMU order Interfaces: Order Idocs (BusinessOnline, APC) and Order Handling, ServIS Installed Base, installation records process
  • Being consulted in identifying the Critical Data Elements, assessing current data quality and understanding opportunities for improvement. Providing input to data policies, standards, and procedures, compliance
  • Being consulted on Engineering BOM/SuperBOM, Mechanical and Electrical design drawings, standard values for configurable characteristics, factory costs
  • Coordinating tasks relating to data with the Regional Division Master Data Manager
  • Overviewing and coordinating IS tickets in the related tools (GRC, CEU Service manager, MyIS)
Qualifications for the role
  • Several years of experience in data Management of industrial products (e.g., measurement devices, electrotechnical products, etc.)
  • Knowledge of project management techniques, processes and tools
  • A high level of self-motivation, curiosity and desire to learn about new technologies
  • A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills
  • Fluency in German and English
