Proclinical is seeking a dedicated RMA Associate to join a dedicated team. The successful candidate will provide crucial administrative support to customer returns processing function. This includes managing customer returns, maintaining product files, and creating correspondence. The role also involves working with biohazard products and generating reports as required.

Responsibilities:

• Verify that returned products match those listed on return merchandise authorisation (RMA).
• Process returned products through the company system, including creating sales orders and transferring products to the service department.
• Enter service orders for the Service department.
• Inspect, repack, and restock unused products.
• Work safely with biohazard products.
• Compile data and generate requested reports.
• Maintain regular attendance in line with department expectations.
• Perform all other duties as assigned or required.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Proficiency in computer skills, including experience with spreadsheets, word processors and database programs.
• Experience in using ERP systems for receiving RMAs.
• Ability to read and understand general correspondence, periodicals, and procedures.
• Basic mathematical skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Experience in packing and shipping activities.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
• High School diploma or GED.
