As we expand our operations, we are seeking a motivated Junior Marketing and Advertising Sales Agent to join our remote team in Germany.

Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Junior Marketing and Advertising Sales Agent fluent in German and proficient in English (B2 level or higher). This remote role is ideal for a self-motivated individual with at least one year of experience in sales and/or marketing. The successful candidate will be instrumental in promoting our digital services, generating new business leads, and supporting our marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Development:
    • Identify and target potential clients within the German market for our digital marketing and advertising services.
    • Conduct comprehensive market research to uncover new business opportunities and industry trends.
    • Engage with prospects through various channels (email, phone, social media) to generate leads and schedule meetings.
    • Maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients, ensuring consistent follow-up to nurture relationships.
    • Present and demonstrate our digital services to prospective clients, emphasizing their benefits and value propositions.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.
  2. Marketing Support:
    • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns aimed at promoting our digital services.
    • Create engaging content for our website, social media platforms, and email newsletters.
    • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
    • Support the organization and execution of online events, webinars, and other promotional activities.
    • Manage and update our CRM system with accurate and timely information on leads and clients.
  3. Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing prompt and effective solutions.
    • Gather and analyze client feedback, working with the team to implement necessary improvements and enhancements.
  4. Collaboration and Communication:
    • Work with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to achieve common goals.
    • Participate in regular team meetings, contributing ideas and insights to enhance our sales and marketing efforts.
    • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to remain competitive.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in German with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher).
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales and/or marketing, preferably within the digital services industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and sales techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote work environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and social media platforms.
  • A proactive, results-oriented mindset with keen attention to detail.
