Business Systems, Process and Data Operations Intern (m/f/d)
Scroll Down for German VersionAssist in managing and maintaining our ERP system and eShop, including handling item master data, customer information, and pricing/warranty data Support the analysis, development, and implementation of new process optimization improvements Participate in local and international projects, offering data-driven insights and administrative assistance Collaborate with our customer service team on tasks such as price corrections and order entry for marketing materials Help with the administration and maintenance of reporting and performance tools Contribute to the implementation and testing of new business systems and processes Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel with data analysis features such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and SUMIFS Solid organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment, as well as independently Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn Basic understanding of ERP systems is a plus Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI) is a plus Flexible working hours including home working
