• As our Junior System Administrator you will be the main contact person for our employees in all common IT issues and will be responsible for the installation and administration of our client hardware and software (PC, Mac, smartphone) and the associated user accounts
• Your main responsibilities will also include the identification, prioritization and resolution of software and hardware problems
• In addition, you work through open requests in our ticket system at the speed of light
• You are jointly responsible for the administration of our cloud systems (including Google Workspace, Microsoft 365)

• You are experienced in working in IT, preferably with at least 2 years as a career changer. A degree in IT or a related field is a plus, but not mandatory
• You are proficient in Windows and Linux administration; familiarity with Mac OS is a plus
• Knowledge of ticketing systems, DNS, IP addressing, and VPN
• You are familiar with network management and security protocols
• You are familiar with Microsoft products
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or Bash for automation purposes is a plus
• Sufficient problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot IT issues
• You are looking forward to helping your colleagues with their computer problems and bringing a smile to their faces every day
• Automation and central administration are among your favorite terms
• Since we have many different nationalities working in our company and we also cooperate with companies outside the DACH area, a good knowledge of German and English is necessary
