Our qualified teams work successfully on drilling sites in Germany and abroad using state-of-the-art drilling technology and construction software.

We are a successful family business based in Celle. We offer various services with state-of-the-art drilling technology and carry out trades such as well construction, ground investigations and geothermal energy.

All commercial and technical preparations are made at our company headquarters in Celle in order to satisfy our customers.

We are looking for a committed junior employee to support our IT department. You will get the chance to gain hands-on experience and expand your knowledge from our experienced senior administrators.

• You will be actively involved in the further development and introduction of new IT projects (e.g. digital time recording incl. first-level support)
• As part of the team, you will support the IT administrators in maintaining the virtual server landscape (VMware, MS, Linux)
• You will take care of group-wide IT security (administration of firewall, network and backups) including patch management.
• You set up new workstations and take care of license management (e.g. MS365)
• You maintain our infrastructure and monitor routine software updates
• You look after our modern communication equipment (telephone system, mobile devices).
• You will manage and collaborate with our external service provider for technical and commercial applications.
• You will be responsible for on-site employee support and first-level support for the IT infrastructure of the Group locations.
• You will work as part of a team to plan, design and implement new IT requirements (e.g. implementation of the cloud strategy)

• You have already successfully completed a degree in computer science or vocational training as an IT specialist (m/f/d) and already have some experience in IT support. (Jira/ BoldDesk is an advantage)
• You have experience in the administration of Microsoft systems such as Windows Server, Windows Clients and Microsoft 365
• Knowledge of network technologies, servers, local AD with hybrid connection to Entra/ Azure
• Knowledge of patch management systems (NinjaOne an advantage)
• Knowledge of MS SQL databases
• Experience with Laravel framework
• You are characterized by an independent and structured way of working
• Your strong service orientation and communication skills round off your profile.
