• Collaborate with the UX/UI Design Team: Work closely with our team to create high-quality, user-centric designs that reflect our brand’s commitment to excellence and innovation.
• Design Conceptualization: Assist in conceptualizing and developing design concepts and mock-ups based on project requirements and brand guidelines.
• Design Asset Management: Support the creation and maintenance of design assets, templates, and libraries to streamline workflow and maintain consistency across projects.
• Presentation Preparation: Assist in the preparation and delivery of presentations, including formatting slides and designing visuals to enhance content delivery.

• Educational Background:
  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master's degree program in UX/UI Design, Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
  • Coursework or projects related to user experience design, visual design, or interactive media is highly desirable.
• Software Proficiency:
  • Strong skills in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma.
  • Familiarity with wireframing and prototyping tools like Sketch or Adobe XD is a plus.
  • Ability to create design systems and maintain design consistency across various platforms.
• Additional Technical Skills:
  • Basic knowledge of Unity/Unreal Engine for creating interactive and immersive user experiences is an advantage.
  • Experience with Arduino hardware-related prototyping/coding for developing interactive prototypes is a plus.
• Language Skills:
  • Fluency in English is required for communication with international teams.
  • Proficiency in German.
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Creativity and a passion for designing innovative user experiences.
• Portfolio:
  • A strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design work, including examples of user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.
  • Demonstrated ability to design for both web and mobile platforms.
