challenge of helping us achieve ambitious scaling goals while continuing to empower the active community. Right now, we are looking for an Associate Partner Manager (m/f/d) to join our team, based in Berlin or Konstanz.*

• A self-starter with intellectual agility and natural curiosity
• Experienced in professional B2B software sales or a strong desire to learn 
• Can easily handle, track, and prioritize high volumes of tasks 
• You like to think creatively and contribute proactively to the success of the team
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in English

• Sales experience and proven success in sales or business development in the software or tech startup space 
• Experience using Salesforce, and other sales productivity tools
• Additional languages beyond English are a bonus

• Manage and qualify inbound leads and partner requests to effectively map their requirements to KNIME’s solutions 
• Work closely with our Partner Managers to plan and execute partner recruitment and activation campaigns 
• Collaborate with our Customer Care and Marketing teams to design, research, and execute outbound campaigns to grow direct and indirect sales 
• Collaborate with our partners to prospects and create new revenue opportunities within their target accounts 
• Educate leads and prospective partners about KNIME Software
• Work closely with the Customer Care Team and Deal Desk to implement strategies and processes
