Job Description

• You set up CRM campaigns including emails and app push notifications to deliver targeted communication to new and existing clients


• You create and adapt CRM journeys, run tests and analyse the results to optimize their performance


• You actively contribute to the development of the CRM channel at Scalable Capital for all current and future products and countries


• You work across Marketing-, Marketing Analytics-, Product- and Design teams to deliver relevant content to customers


• You show attention to detail when it comes to content creation, email design and the sendout of emails and push notifications


• You show an analytical mindset and are not afraid to work with large data sets


• You measure and report on email- and app push notification performance to deduct channel optimizations

• You show strong interest in CRM; previous experience in Finance or regulated markets is a plus


• You can handle CRM systems and Email Marketing tools, previous experience with Salesforce and Marketing Cloud is a plus


• You show strong problem solving skills and can prioritize your work in a dynamic environment


• You show a strong hands-on mentality and find pragmatic solutions for complex problems


• You have a high affinity for data and can deduct actions for CRM from relevant business metrics


• You have first experience with HTML and SQL; knowledge of AMPscript is a plus


• You like to work in a young and dynamic environment with flat hierarchies


• You speak German at (at least) C1 Level and are fluent in English
