Junior Requirements Engineer

Job Description

Note: This role does not offer visa sponsorship. We are only looking for candidates in Germany who speak German (C2 or Native) and English (C1 or above) languages.

 

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Convert customer needs into well-defined requirements for the development team.
  • Partner closely with developers, testers, and customers to ensure accurate and timely project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of requirements and specifications.
  • Verify that all requirements align with customer expectations and project objectives.

Requirements:

  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Basic understanding and experience in Java programming.
  • Strong interest in IT and software development processes.
  • Keen attention to detail with a passion for identifying patterns and crafting clear concepts.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly.
  • Eager to collaborate effectively within a team and with external stakeholders.
  • A degree in MINT (Mathematics, Informatics, Natural Sciences, or Technology) is required.
  • Proficiency in German at a native level.
