Inviting applications for the role of HR Administration - Process Associate - English!
In this role, the Human Resource Administrator Intern will assist with daily HR operations, including managing employee records, updating HR databases, and supporting recruitment efforts. This role involves handling administrative tasks, coordinating employee communications, and participating in HR projects to enhance the intern's practical experience and knowledge of human resources functions.

Responsibilities
• Drafting of employment contracts
• Processing of entries and exits
• Creating and maintaining personnel files
• Issuing certificates and references
• Communicating with authorities, health insurance companies and administrative bodies
• Preparation of reports and statistics
• Taking on all tasks relating to administrative applicant management and personnel development
• General office support
• Taking over holiday cover for a colleague
• Partially remote working is possible with us

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
• You are currently studying for a bachelor’s or master’s degree specializing in (business) psychology, human resources, social sciences or economics (or similar) or are in your gap year between a bachelor’s and master’s degree 
• You are motivated and enjoy administrative activities & employee communication and have an independent way of working and a quick grasp of things
• You are business fluent in German and have a good command of English
• You have very good computer skills: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
• You have initial experience in HR or admin - ideally in consulting 
• International experience is an advantage
