For our partner company in the healthcare sector we are looking for a Sales Manager (m/f/d) as part of a direct placement (permanent position with our client).

The company is a manufacturer of an innovative software which is used by hospitals and healthcare facilities and healthcare facilities.

You will be responsible for developing the international sales territory for the company's eHealh software . Currently the customers are exclusively in Germany and our partner is planning to expand into the European healthcare market . The exact regions include Southern Europe and the Nordic countries.

In this position you can work 100% from the home office (remote) with little travel within Europe.

A start of the role is planned from 01.01.2025 or also possible at a later date.

  • Development and support of international customer management with regard to the eHealth software
  • Identifying and acquiring new potential customers
  • Contacting public or private healthcare organizations and presenting the software in order to win them as customers
  • Developing, maintaining and expanding customer and strategic relationships
  • Developing go-to-market plans to establish the software products on the European market
  • Ongoing analysis of sales successes, management of the sales pipeline and regular presentation of activities to senior management
  • Conducting initial meetings and product demonstrations with customers to understand their challenges and subsequent sales pitches to convince customers of the benefits of the eHealth software
  • Supporting the entire sales process for newly acquired customers (from negotiation to contract conclusion)
  • Preparing offers and responding to tenders in collaboration with product and pre-sales teams
  • Your profile

  • Several years of experience in international sales, especially in Europe
  • Experience in sales of eHealth solutions or clinical IT systems (e.g. SaaS, HIS, PDMS)
  • Network of various stakeholders in the European health sector / healthcare sector
  • Good understanding of the IT needs of hospitals
  • Very good knowledge of acquiring new customers and building long-term customer relationships
  • Communicative character with an analytical way of working and the ability to interact with different stakeholders
  • Open for few trips per quarter within Europe
  • Very good language skills in German and English
