• Develop entertaining and engaging content that resonates with our audience, encourages sharing and engagement, and spreads the word about our passion for the vision of Zero Waste, achieving a Circular Economy, Recycling, and much more
• Lead our social media progress, including testing new formats, scripting and producing videos, carousels, long posts, reels, or further innovative content
• Work closely with the wider marketing team and regional marketing managers to ideate and develop social-first campaigns and provide technical (e.g., tool usage), conceptual, and visual (CI/CD compliant) support
• Lead the production of analytics reports, providing insights, recommendations, optimization, and tracking against OKRs
• Identify social media trends and plan and execute paid social campaigns

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communication, Social Media, or related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in social media management, preferably in a B2B environment
• Experience in video production and familiarity with video editing software like Adobe Premiere or creator-level tools like Canva
• Proven experience in developing and executing successful social media campaigns, strong analytical and communication skills, and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German
• Customer and service-oriented mindset, hands-on mentality, and a proven ability to work successfully with multiple internal and external stakeholders
