We help them save money, often reducing process costs by more than 90%, while also helping them meet their digital transformation goals and boost their NPS. That’s where you come in.

As a Founders Associate Growth and New Biz (f/m/d) you work directly with the founder, driving the company’s most strategic and high-impact sales initiatives. You will have the chance to shape the company’s growth by converting major accounts and opening new markets. Your work will involve deep research, strategic analysis, and the co-creation of compelling sales materials that will directly influence the company’s trajectory. This is a high-responsibility role where you’ll have the autonomy to translate the founder’s vision into actionable projects and initiatives, working across departments to ensure success. Tasks

YOUR GOALS FOR THE NEXT 6 MONTHS

Conduct in-depth research on 10 strategic accounts, focusing on their needs, pain points, and opportunities, and prepare actionable analysis reports for each account.

Collaborate with the marketing department to develop customized sales materials, including presentations and demos, for 10 strategic accounts.

Identify key champions within each of the 10 strategic accounts, both on a country-specific and international level, establish initial contact and build relationships.

Research and create a Go-to-Market strategy for entering two new markets or industries, complete with actionable recommendations and potential use cases.

Develop and implement project plans for three major sales initiatives, ensuring alignment with company strategy and coordinating with all relevant departments.

Support the founder in converting at least two strategic accounts into clients by providing research, sales materials, and direct engagement. This means you will be responsible for timely communication, do demos and present the company together with the founder(s) as well as on your own to drive their conversion. You will also prepare offers, negotiate them and support closing the deal, first in close supervision and then on your own.
