KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead technical meetings with customers to introduce new products and resolve technical issues.
• Collaborate with customers, adhering to their specific workflows and practices.
• Present product roadmaps, features, and value propositions to customers.
• Monitor project progress and proactively address customer requests.
• Identify and communicate both current and future customer needs and technical requirements.
• Coordinate with development and quality teams to meet customer requirements.
• Provide technical support throughout the product lifecycle, from initial promotion to the end of production.
• Handle testing, debugging, delivery, guidance, and documentation of software deliverables.
• Manage software deliverables, including device drivers or libraries in environments like bootloader, Hypervisor, QNX, Linux, Android, primarily using C programming language.
• Offer technical support both remotely and on-site at customer locations.
• Collaborate closely with other hardware/software FAEs, marketing, and engineering teams globally to resolve customer issues.
• Conduct training sessions for sales and marketing staff on product technology, processes, packaging, and systems.
